We pride ourselves on the robustness of our durable devices and as a commitment to all our valued customers, we offer a 24 months warranty from the date of purchase on all devices that meet the conditions of the Warranty Statement. For all accessories, we offer a 6 months warranty from date of purchase.

ACCESS REPAIR SERVICES
If you have a problem with your device, you have the following options:
– browse our FAQs to fix minor issues yourself
– contact Customer Service to try and fix the problem remotely
– request free pick-up and repair if necessary, Customer Service will arrange the collection
When you contact the Customer Service team, please have your IMEI number to hand.
We recommend you use the original packaging or similar protective packaging, when sending for repair.
Insert your proof of purchase into the package.
Before sending in your device for repair, remember to back up your data.
Your device will be repaired or replaced usually within 5 working days of receiving the device at the Service Centre.
