LAND ROVER ADVENTURE STORY COMPETITION – SPECIAL RULES
- These terms and conditions (“Special Rules”) apply to the Land Rover Explore Adventure competition (“Adventure Competition”).
- The Special Rules supplement the Rules and together provide the complete terms for the Adventure Competition. In the event of any inconsistency between the Rules and Special Rules, the Special Rules shall prevail. An entry for the purpose of these rules includes making a vote.
- The Competition will run from 29.11.18 until midnight 21.12.18
- To be eligible, you must
- register your details via the online form;
- be resident in the UK;
- be over 18 years of age.
- The Competition involves:
- Submitting your adventure story via the link on the online form.
- Submitting any picture/images to support your adventure.
- Pursuant to and for the consideration set out in these Special Rules you hereby assign to us absolutely with full title guarantee all right, title and interest in and to the rights to all content supplied in connection with your adventure story.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual worldwide license to use your adventure story and images for our social media platforms.
- The winner will be chosen by a judging panel made up of the Land Rover Explore team and will receive a Voucher Code to purchase a Land Rover Explore Phone.
- The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at registration) within one week of the Adventure Competition closing date and must acknowledge this email to receive the Voucher Code. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the judging criteria.
- After the winner has responded the promoter will send the winner an online voucher code, entitling them to order a Land Rover Explore device at no charge via landroverexplore.co.uk.
